HOW TO ORDER

    Orders will be accepted only on the Order Form available on this website. Please include Code No, Title, Listed Price and Quantity required.

     Orders received before 2.00pm on any business day will be dispatched the same day, subject to credit approval, and the availabilty of stock.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

     We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard and Diners Club, none of which attracts a surcharge. We also ship orders C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery).

     Cards are not billed until the day the order is ready to be dispatched.

SECURITY PAYMENT

    Every Credit Card purchase on our website is backed by our guarantee that your personal information is safe and secure.

    Secure Socket Layer (SSL), an industry standard, is one of the best encryption protocols available for secure e-commerce transactions.

    Your personal information, including credit card numbers, cannot be read as it travels through the Internet.

    For added security, you are invited to arrange an account and password, thus ensuring that only YOU can order goods in your name.

SHIPPING ORDERS

     Minimum packing and shipping charge is $9,90, inclusive of GST, and will increase according to the weight and destination.

    Orders may be shipped to anywhere in Australia, with the following exceptions:

• Hotels / Motels / Resorts, etc.
• Trade Shows / Conventions / Conferences
• Freight Forwarders

    Orders are sent by Courier, unless you specify a Post Office Box address, in which case Australia Post's Express Post or Registered Post services will be used.

    Please advise if your shipping and billing addresses are different, to avoid delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Overseas shopping at our on-line shop is just as easy - simply quote your credit card details or arrange pre-payment. Do not hesitate to contact us with any queries.

CANCELLATIONS

    There will be NO CHARGE if an order is cancelled before shipping.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

      Merchandise may be returned for exchange or replacement, on the following terms and conditions:

    If the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, Autobookworld will arrange their return free of charge.

    Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition.

    If you are not satisfied with the goods you ordered, simply call the store within 14 days for replacement or exchange.
NOTE: Calls before 14 days will save a processing fee of $10.00.

    Goods to be returned should be packed securely, and dispatched by either Express or Registered Post, at the customer's expense.

    Please ensure you enclose your receipt, and include your name and the shipping address.

NOTE: Returns will be processed more efficiently if you accept delivery from the courier, then contact us about the return immediately. This way, your account will be credited in just a few days, otherwise, the parcel may go back to the courier's depot and may not reach us for two or three weeks.

     The customer will be responsible for any returned goods lost or damaged in transit. Delivery Confirmation Insurance is recommended.
